১. Desizing (ডিসাইজিং):

গার্মেন্টস থেকে সাইজিং উপাদান (যেমন স্টার্চ) দূর করে কাপড়টিকে পরবর্তী ধাপের জন্য প্রস্তুত করা হয়।

The sizing material (such as starch) is removed from the garment, preparing the fabric for the next step.

২. Enzyme Wash (এনজাইম ওয়াশ):

এটি একটি বায়োলজিক্যাল প্রসেস, যেখানে এনজাইম ব্যবহার করে কাপড়ের উপরের স্তরের অবাঞ্ছিত ফাইবার ও স্টার্চ অপসারণ করা হয়। এতে করে পোশাক নরম হয় এবং প্রাকৃতিক ফেইড তৈরি হয়।

It is a biological process that uses enzymes to remove unwanted fibers and starch from the top layer of fabric, softening the garment and creating a natural fade.

৩. Bleach Wash (ব্লিচ ওয়াশ):

হাইড্রোজেন পারঅক্সাইড বা সোডিয়াম হাইপোক্লোরাইট ব্যবহার করে ডেনিমের রং হালকা করা হয়। এতে করে ডিস্ট্রেসড এবং ফ্যাশনেবল লুক পাওয়া যায়।

The color of denim is lightened using hydrogen peroxide or sodium hypochlorite, giving it a distressed and fashionable look.

৪. Acid Wash (অ্যাসিড ওয়াশ):

পিমিস স্টোনে ব্লিচ মিশিয়ে ডেনিমে অনিয়মিত সাদা দাগ তৈরি করা হয় যা একটি স্টাইলিশ আউটলুক দেয়।

Bleach mixed with pumice stone creates irregular white spots on denim that give a stylish outlook.

৫. Softening (সফটেনিং):

ফ্যাব্রিককে অধিক কোমল করার জন্য সফটনার প্রয়োগ করা হয়। এটি গার্মেন্টসের ফিনাল ফিলিংকে অনেক আরামদায়ক করে তোলে।

Softeners are applied to make the fabric softer. This makes the final feel of the garment much more comfortable.

৬. Tinting & Dyeing:

হালকা কালার টোন যোগ করতে অথবা নতুন রং প্রয়োগ করতে এই ধাপটি ব্যবহৃত হয়। এতে পোশাক এক নতুন রঙিন রূপ পায়।

This step is used to add light color tones or apply new colors. This gives the garment a new colorful look.
