Quality control (QC) is the key to the beauty, durability and brand image of denim garments. Quality is especially critical and important in the washing plant, where an ordinary pair of pants becomes an attractive fashion item.

🧩 কোয়ালিটি ডিপার্টমেন্টের কাজ কী (What is the function of the quality department)?

ওয়াশিং ইউনিটে কোয়ালিটি ডিপার্টমেন্টের প্রধান দায়িত্ব হলো (The main responsibility of the quality department in the washing unit is) —

✅ প্রতিটি গার্মেন্টস স্টেপ-বাই-স্টেপ চেক করা (Checking each garment step-by-step)

✅ Buyer-এর স্ট্যান্ডার্ড অনুযায়ী মান নিশ্চিত করা (Ensuring quality according to buyer's standards)

✅ ত্রুটি চিহ্নিত করে তা সংশোধনের ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া (Identify errors and take action to correct them)

এদের কাজ তিনটি ধাপে ভাগ করা যায়: Dry Process Quality, Before Wash Quality, এবং Finishing Quality। (Their work can be divided into three stages: Dry Process Quality, Before Wash Quality, and Finishing Quality.)

🔹 1. Dry Process Quality – সৌন্দর্যের সূক্ষ্ম নিরীক্ষা / A subtle examination of beauty

ডেনিম গার্মেন্টসের লুক ও স্টাইল নির্ভর করে ড্রাই প্রসেসের উপর, যেমনঃ
Whisker, Hand Scraping, Grinding, PP Spray, Tagging ইত্যাদি। (The look and style of denim garments depends on the dry process, such as: Whisker, Hand Scraping, Grinding, PP Spray, Tagging, etc.)

Dry QC টিম যা নিশ্চিত করে:

1. Whisker-এর সিমেট্রি ও পজিশন সঠিক কি না (Is the symmetry and position of the whisker correct?)
2. Scraping গভীরতা বেশি বা কম হয়েছে কি না (Whether the scraping depth is high or low)
3. Spray effect ও tint exact match করেছে কি না (Did the spray effect and tint match exactly?)
4. Grinding বা damage কাজ অতিরিক্ত বা কম হয়েছে কি না (Whether the grinding or damage work has been excessive or minimal)
5. Sample/Buyer reference অনুযায়ী হয়েছে কি না (Whether it is as per the sample/buyer reference or not)

🔍 উদ্দেশ্য: প্রোডাক্ট দেখতে যেমন হবে, সেটির সঠিক নকশা ও কৌশল মানা হয়েছে কিনা যাচাই করা। (To verify whether the product looks as it should, and whether the correct design and strategy have been followed.)

🔹 2. Before Wash Quality – প্রস্তুতির পূর্ণ নিশ্চিততা / Full assurance of readiness

ওয়াশ দেওয়ার আগে গার্মেন্টসটি ভালোভাবে পরখ না করলে ওয়াশের পর ত্রুটি ঠিক করা কঠিন হয়ে যায়। (If you don't inspect the garment thoroughly before washing, it becomes difficult to fix defects after washing.)

Before Wash QC চেক করে:

1. Stitching quality: Seam defect, open seam আছে কি না (Is there or not?)
2. Trims/Accessory: Button, rivet, zipper. ঠিক আছে কি না (Is it okay?)
3. Tag/Label position ঠিক আছে কি না (Is it okay?)
4. Measurements Buyer Spec অনুযায়ী আছে কি না (Is it in accordance with)
5. Fabric defect বা contamination আছে কি না (Is there or not?)

🔍 উদ্দেশ্য: ওয়াশে দেয়ার আগে সবকিছু একদম প্রস্তুত, যেন ওয়াশে কোন ভুল না হয়। (Before washing, everything is perfectly prepared so that no mistakes are made during the wash.)

🔹 3. Finishing Quality – শেষ ছোঁয়ার নিখুঁততা / The perfection of the finishing touches

ওয়াশ শেষে গার্মেন্টসটি ফিনিশিং টেবিলে আসে, যেখানে চূড়ান্ত মান যাচাই হয়। (After washing, the garments come to the finishing table, where the final quality is checked.)

Finishing QC যা চেক করে:

1. Shade ঠিক আছে কি না (Is it okay?)  Shade variation দেখা যায় কি না (Can you see it?)
2. Softness এবং hand feel স্ট্যান্ডার্ড অনুযায়ী আছে কি না (Is it according to the standard or not?)
3. Spot, crease, pilling, color bleeding আছে কি না (Is there or not?)
4. Button, zipper  ঠিকমতো কাজ করে কি না (Is it working properly?)
5. Final measurement মিলছে কি না (Does it match?)

🔍 উদ্দেশ্য: গ্রাহকের হাতে যেন নিখুঁত এবং মানসম্পন্ন প্রোডাক্ট পৌঁছায়। (Ensure that perfect and quality products reach the customer.)

📋 কোয়ালিটি টিমের ডেইলি টাস্ক ও রিপোর্টিং (Daily tasks and reporting of the quality team):

1. Every Step / প্রতি ধাপে AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) অনুযায়ী ইনস্পেকশন / Inspection according to.
2. Hourly defect report তৈরি / Make
3. QC Pass/Fail রিপোর্ট মেইনটেইন / Report Maintain
4. Defect garment আলাদা করে (Separately) Root Cause Analysis করা (To do)
5. Washing lab, production ও finishing টিমের সাথে সমন্বয় (Coordination with the team)
