পণ্যের গুণমান পরীক্ষা করতে, ত্রুটিপূর্ণ ধাপগুলি সনাক্ত করতে, ইনলাইন এবং চূড়ান্ত পরিদর্শন সারিবদ্ধ করতে এবং ক্রেতা বা উৎপাদন প্রধানদের কাছে স্পষ্টভাবে রিপোর্ট করতে। ইন্সপেকশন রিপোর্ট তৈরি করতে হয়।  (To check product quality, identify defective steps, align inline and final inspections, and clearly report to buyers or production heads. 📋 একটি স্ট্যান্ডার্ড কোয়ালিটি ইনস্পেকশন রিপোর্টে যা থাকা উচিত (Essential Components of a Quality Inspection Report)

✅ 1. বেসিক ইনফরমেশন (Basic Info)

Buyer, style, PO, order quantity, inspection type, date, and inspector identity are critical inputs.

✅ 2. ইনস্পেকশন টাইপ | Type of Inspection

• প্রাথমিক পরিদর্শন (Initial Inspection): বাল্ক শুরুর আগেই গার্মেন্টসের ফিট, ট্রিমিং, শেড, ইফেক্ট মিলানো যাচাই করা হয়। (Before bulking begins, the fit, trimming, shade, and effect of the garments are checked.)
• ইনলাইন পরিদর্শন (Inline Inspection): প্রোডাকশন চলাকালীন ৭০–৮০% garments পর্যবেক্ষণ করা হয়। (70–80% of garments are monitored during production.)
• প্রাক-চূড়ান্ত বা মধ্য-পরিদর্শন (Pre-Final or Mid Inspection): বাল্ক প্রোডাকশনের মাঝামাঝিপর্যায়ে পরিদর্শন করা হয়। (Inspections are carried out midway through bulk production.)
• চূড়ান্ত পরিদর্শন (Final Inspection): বাল্ক শেষের পর বাইয়ারের বা QA টিমের মাধ্যমে সম্পন্ন হয়। (Completed by the buyer or QA team after the bulk is finished.)

👉 এই এনালাইসিস অনুযায়ী অপারেটর ট্রেইনিং এবং কাজের পদ্ধতি ঠিক করা হয়। (Operator training and work methods are determined based on this analysis.)

✅ 5. রিমার্কস ও করণীয় | Remarks & Corrective Actions

• 🔸 তেলে মাখা পোশাক পুনরায় ধোয়া বাধ্যতামূলক (Rewash required for oil-stained garments)
• 🔸 পিপি স্প্রে নিয়ন্ত্রণে অপারেটরকে পুনরায় প্রশিক্ষণ দেওয়া হবে (Operator to be retrained on PP spray control)
• 🔸শুকানোর সময় শেড কার্ডটি কঠোরভাবে ব্যবহার করুন। (Use the shade card strictly during the dry process)

📑 AQL স্ট্যান্ডার্ড অনুসরণ | AQL Acceptance Criteria

 

AQL 2.5 অনুসারে, চালান প্রত্যাখ্যান এড়াতে কারখানাকে ত্রুটির মাত্রা নিয়ন্ত্রণ করতে হবে।As per AQL 2.5, the factory must control defect levels to avoid shipment rejection.
